Exhibition of automated lines for deburring, measurement, and inspection processes! Automation of inter-process transportation has been made possible by utilizing AGVs!
The automated processes after work processing include deburring, non-contact roughness measurement, non-destructive hardness measurement, and AI appearance inspection. Unmanned transport between each process is carried out by AGV, and the status of each equipment and production results are aggregated and centrally managed through automatic operation monitoring. We will thoroughly resolve the concerns of each site regarding the shortage of skilled workers, labor saving, and safety!
